Catfish Mulate's - specially seasoned grilled catfish fillet topped with crawfish etouffee, served with jambalaya and a twice baked potato.
Grilled Chicken Breast - chicken breast grilled and served on a bed of jambalaya and served with haricorts verts (green beans).
Louisiana Gulf Fried Shrimp Platter - butterflied shrimp, fried to perfection and served with Jambalaya and home-style fries.
